Andy trained at The Cambridge School of Sports Massage, completing its highest qualification, the BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. He runs AB Soft Tissue Therapy & Sports Massage from the Pegasus Suite on Bridge Street, Deeping St James.
His clients range from runners and gym-goers to people recovering from injury or surgery, and anyone whose work leaves them tight, sore or restricted. Every session starts with a conversation and an assessment, so the treatment fits the person on the table rather than a set routine.
Clients regularly mention two things: how clearly Andy explains what he finds, and the practical exercise suggestions he sends you away with so progress continues between appointments.
Away from the treatment room, Andy is a keen sportsman himself, which is exactly where his interest in how bodies move, break and mend began.
The clinic
The treatment room is in the Pegasus Suite, above High Locks Dental Practice, with its own entrance directly from Bridge Street. There is free parking on site, and you just ring the bell on arrival.
