Treatment

Soft Tissue Therapy

Assessment-led treatment for pain, tension and restricted movement, whether it started on the pitch, at the desk or after an operation.

What it involves

Soft tissue therapy looks at muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia together to work out why something hurts or won't move properly, then treats the cause rather than just the symptom.

Sessions combine massage with techniques like stretching and mobilisation, guided by an assessment of how you move. It suits longer-standing problems: recurring back or hip pain, post-surgery stiffness, or that shoulder that never quite loosens up.

Clients have used this treatment to recover movement after serious injury, including surgery, and to finally shift pain they'd lived with for years.
